The terms and conditions for using our service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

AI-Generated Content

Our service lets you generate music, images, and video from prompts you provide, and optionally publish your creations to a public gallery. In addition to the Acceptable Use rules above, you agree not to use the service to generate, upload, or publish content that:

  • Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise not safe for work ("NSFW"), including content generated by combining otherwise permitted prompts to produce such material.
  • Depicts, sexualizes, or otherwise exploits minors in any way. We have zero tolerance for this and will report violations to the relevant authorities and law enforcement as required by law.
  • Clones, impersonates, or recreates the voice, likeness, image, or identity of a real person — including public figures and celebrities — without that person's explicit consent, including deepfakes and unauthorized voice-cloning.
  • Infringes another party's copyright or other intellectual property rights, including generating music that reproduces or closely imitates a specific copyrighted song, lyrics, or a living artist's protected performance.

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate or publish. We use a combination of automated screening and manual review to detect violations of this section, but no such system is complete — you may not rely on content passing our filters as confirmation that it complies with these Terms.

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove or block any content, refuse to process any request, and suspend or terminate any account that we believe violates this section. Doing so does not entitle you to a refund of credits or fees already paid, except as required by applicable law.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Refunds

Credits are consumed when a generation is created, and successful generations are not refundable after the fact. If a generation fails on our end, the credits used for that attempt are automatically returned to your account — no request is needed.

For other billing issues, such as a duplicate charge or a payment processed in error, contact us through the support option in your account, or at contact@synthpulseai.com, within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request. Refunds, when granted, are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

We do not refund credits or fees for accounts suspended or terminated for violating these Terms, including the Acceptable Use and AI-Generated Content sections above, except where required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The service itself — our software, interface, design, branding, and the original content we publish on the site — is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This does not extend to the prompts you submit or to the output you generate through the service, which are covered by the next section.

Your Content and Generated Output

You keep whatever rights you already hold in the material you bring to the service: your prompts, lyrics, uploaded images, audio, and other inputs. We do not claim ownership of the output you generate through the service.

The models that produce that output are operated by third-party providers and are reached through an intermediary. We can pass on only what those providers actually grant us and permit us to sublicense, so:

  • You may use your output commercially to the extent the terms of the provider whose model produced it allow commercial use. Those terms are set by each provider, differ from model to model, and may change.
  • It is your responsibility to check the terms applicable to the model you chose and to satisfy yourself that your intended use is permitted, including any attribution or disclosure that use requires.
  • We make no representation or warranty that your output is original, that it is free of third-party copyright or other rights, that rights in it can be registered or enforced, or that it is exclusive to you — the same or similar output may be produced for other users.
  • Nothing in these Terms grants you rights that we do not ourselves hold.

Where a plan, the pricing page, or any other product page describes commercial use as an included feature, it means we impose no additional restriction of our own on using your output commercially. It does not enlarge the rights the applicable provider grants, and it is not a warranty of the kind disclaimed above.

To operate the service we keep a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and transmit your inputs and your output, and to retain them where required by law or to enforce these Terms. If you publish a creation to the public gallery, you also permit us to display it there until it is removed, whether by you or by us under these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may ask us to close your account at any time: closing an account is handled by us on request rather than through a self-service control, so open a support ticket at /settings/tickets, or email us at contact@synthpulseai.com if you cannot sign in. How your personal data is handled when an account is closed is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.

Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, email us at contact@synthpulseai.com, or contact us through your account's support ticket system at /settings/tickets.
